friendly staff wonderful vibe
I found the staff friendly and helpful (always smiling!). the food was excellent across all restaurants. the bars had a wonderful vibe. i also appreciated the charming indonesian design throughout the hotel. It really enhanced the relaxed atmosphere.
when i arrived at 2 pm, i had to wait until 4:20 pm for my room to be ready. later, i had problems entering the room on four separate occasions using my key card.

the gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes. daily activities was available. the breakfast had many choices including indonesian bubur ayam and fresh fruit.
finding sunbeds near the pool took almost an hour due to limited availability.

An Amazing Bali Escape!
friendly staff multiple pools private beach
The staff were very friendly and always remembered my requests, this shows high professionalism. There were multiple pools available, including a beach pool with sand. The private beach had no crowds and was very clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was very tasty and filling.

Charmed by attention to detail
clean pool easy beach access modern equipment tropical gardens
The hotel grounds are fine with meticulous maintenance, a clean pool, and easy beach access. i appreciated the numerous daybeds. The fitness center has modern equipment. i especially liked that the staff went beyond to assist with smiles. the tropical gardens created a very laid-back bali vibe.
the sliding bathroom door, while aesthetically pleasing, produced significant noise during opening and closing. this was a minor inconvenience. the ac was very loud at times.

The staff consistently displayed attentiveness. i observed team members proactively offering assistance and responding quickly to requests. They were always willing to assist guests. little gestures made me happier.

The hotel features many pools, including saltwater options suitable for both adults and children. I saw a towel station. sunscreen available for guest use. there were a lot of choices to choose from Asian to Western.

breakfast provided an extensive buffet spread that included diverse choices. a staff member brought fresh fruit to the seat. cocktails at the sapphire bar are the best.

breakfast buffet good selection one bedroom villa
I am steven from canada. i enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It had a good selection of food. the overwhelming hospitality stands out. i was upgraded to a one bedroom villa. It even had its own pool.

high charges questionable seafood
the location was acceptable with lots of trees and birds darting around the hotel.
The minibar charged over 4x the listed price. This. arwana restaurant had the worst meal, i suspect the seafood wasn't fresh. they claimed the listed price was the 'tax' price, i never saw any of this.
